ACPHIS Information Systems Doctoral Thesis Award   PDF  Print  E-mail

In recognition of the best information systems theses, the ACPHIS Information Systems Doctoral Thesis Award is awarded annually.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the ACPHIS medal, theses must have been completed (i.e., passed requirements for graduation) in the year the award is granted. The thesis must, in the opinion of the Selection Committee, address an important issue in the information systems field, and exhibit the potential for a paper to be published in a good quality journal.

Submission procedure

Each year a call for submissions is made to the information systems community. Submissions are accepted from any university in Australia.

Reviewing Process

Each submitted thesis will be reviewed by the ACPHIS Doctoral Thesis Award Selection Committee, to determine the award winner. The Selection Committee will comprise one leading Australian IS researcher and the President of ACPHIS.
